How can the tracks from Buyoutmusic be 100% copyright free?
All the pieces of music are composed and produced especially for Buyoutmusic.
The composers for Buyoutmusic are not part of any external music copyright organisations.
Can I use the pieces of music for everything?
Yes.What is unique about Buyoutmusic,is that you are co-owner of the piece of music after buying.
This means that you can always re-use the track for each production.
Do I have to declare use of the music anywhere?
No. Buyoutmusic itself sees to the protection and use of the worldwide copyright,without the interference of music copyright organisations such as Buma/Stemra,Sabam ,Gema and Sacem.
Do I get a reduction if I buy more tracks?
Yes. When you buy from eight seperate tracks,you pay the album price of € 250,00.
Can I compile my own album?
Yes. When you buy eight seperate tracks,you pay the album price.
May I sell the pieces of music to others?
No. Only Buyoutmusic has the right to sell and reproduce the pieces of music.With a license/sale of a piece of music,only the right to use the piece of music publically is handed over to the buyer of the piece of music.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we don't refund your money. In case of a download error, please contact us, so we can mail you a new download link.
Whats the credit card discriptor?
The way our company's name appears on your credit card statement is www.buyoutmusic.nl.
Are the prices shown include VAT?
Yes. For companies located in the Netherlands: Including VAT 19%. Only for companies located inside the EU (except for companies located in the Netherlands) applies: "Levy of VAT reversed to the customer, article 196 VAT Directive".

If you need a name of a composer to fill out a form, you can use your own name, if you are not a member of RIAA, otherwise you can use the name of one of our composers, Derk van den Berg.
